BrandsNode provides white-label AI-search visibility services to agencies. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, agency, email) — to reply to you.
• Client brand names, domains and competitor names an agency gives us — to run prompt tracking and audits.
• Server logs on this site (IP, user agent, pages) — kept 30 days for security.
• Privacy-friendly, cookie-less page analytics (self-hosted Umami at stats.nexustechnology.ae): page views, referrer, country, device class. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, IPs not stored.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share data with third parties beyond the AI/search providers used to run prompts (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, and SERP data providers), which receive only the prompt text.
• We don't contact an agency's clients.

Your rights

Ask us to access, correct or delete your data at hello@brandsnode.com. We act as a processor for agency-supplied client data under a written agreement.
